Galactic Federation and Money - Athena Swaruu´s Additional Comments

Gosia: Mari said: “Federation appoints and dictates value of money and the amount each region on Earth can have or work with”. The Federation says how much money each region will have? How is that done?

Swaruu X (Athena): By financial regions. The Federation controls the flow of money in general throughout the Earth. They decide this based on their geo-engineering and population engineering agendas. These are complex things or reasons that they don't let us see. But that's what the Cabal does, it's them. Deep Cabal.

Gosia: And why don't they give much to Africa, for example?

Swaruu X (Athena): Because, according to them, the incarnation experience must be like that there. That is always the excuse.

Gosia: So the very economy of the countries, how they generate money etc... all that is false? If the Cabal decides that they will not have money, no matter how hard that economy tries, they will not have it?

Swaruu X (Athena): That's right. On Earth, they say that the economy basically has a life of its own. That's what they tell people. That everything depends on stock exchanges and markets and inflation and supply-demand. That is false. It is artificially managed from above according to the agendas they want to impose. The Federation replies by saying that it is only generating the environment and the challenges that the souls incarnated there desire.

Gosia: Yes, the companies, their initiatives, cooperation between countries etc... all that somehow establishes the economy of the country, that was my understanding.

Swaruu X (Athena): In some way or form, that is an undeniable factor, but always with the guidance from above, everything under control. Just look at it this way, something as important as money would never be left to chance, you must control it. If anything is controlled, it is money.

It is like with elections, usually they are or can be “democratic” when it comes to electing minor representatives like from a minor town or city, just with the usual human problems, vote buying and tricks, yes. But when it comes to something like governors or something major, that is controlled and you know the final result, always. They are not going to leave the decision of who will be their representative avatar in the hands of the “populace”, as they said here. With money, all the more reason it will be fully controlled.

Gosia: But if the country has a good internal economy, because of its companies etc... they cannot then not give them money because something will not add up for the people. It will have to be justified.

Swaruu X (Athena): When the economy of a place or region exceeds what they want, they invent inflation or other problems, such as lawsuits or bans to lower the efficiency of those productive enterprises. Or they use tricks similar to YouTube where they are not seen and everything is supposed to be transparent, but we do know that, even under their numbers and rules, they steal money from the Youtubers, leaving them just enough to make it justifiable for them to start making videos so the ones behind can get rich with the publicity they generate. The same thing but at the level of large companies. The same form of control from behind. Unseen.

In the end, it is the Federation from non-human levels who control the money and its flow, that is clear. For example, we know that they allocate millions and millions to the Centauri, and the Taygetans used to get less than 500 euros. Because the Centauri are “Matrix”, that is to say they obey them and are the working arms of the Federation.

Gosia: And what do Centauri need this money for?

Swaruu X (Athena): To do whatever they want, there are a very high numbers of Centauri operatives down there at all times. They are in everything. Infiltrated everywhere as if they were human. Many are politicians and are the ones who carry out the agendas of the Federation itself, and on Earth it looks as if they are just more Cabal or more Cabal puppets.

As Mari said in her videos months ago, extraterrestrials are everywhere infiltrating down there. They look human, but they are step downs. They are in positions of power. We can't know who is who because they hide that, logically, but we suspect some of them heavily. I don't want to give names, because we can't know for sure most of them and those we know, it's better not to give names, it causes problems.

Robert: Are they infiltrated directly with their “young” bodies?

Swaruu X (Athena): Also in the not so young ones. Or they just don't look so young, but they are.

Gosia: You mean they have the technology to pass themselves off as younger physically?

Swaruu X (Athena): Mostly they just do it with regular, normal, run-of-the-mill makeup. But they do age when they are on Earth. Some of them do, they are “old” and yet, that doesn't stop them from being step downs as well.
